Brian started at H&K Insurance Agency in 1992 while attending college. Currently he is an insurance professional helping clients with their insurance needs such as; workers compensation, auto, home, umbrella, dwelling fire, flood, life insurance, and long-term care insurance. Brian is excellent when it comes to helping people protect their assets while doing so at a competitive price. He has achieved the designations of CISR and CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor). Brian has run seminars for local communities on how to protect your assets with insurance contracts and what they mean. He is currently serving on the Watertown-Belmont Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

John Herlihy has served the H & K Insurance Agency Inc. clients since 1982. John, the Vice President, is engaged in all phases of the agency's operations and management. He is dedicated to providing excellent service. John's professional designation of CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) signifies to clients a competent professional and their assurance of quality assistance with their insurance needs.

Paul has been our Office Manager since 1997. Prior to H & K, Paul has had fifteen years of Customer Service and Management experience with Roche Bros. Supermarkets. Paul has enrolled in various insurance coverage classes, and has attained the designation of CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative). Paul's main goal here at H & K is to enable
H & K to provide excellent service.

Brendon has been working here at H & K since 2003 He is a graduate of Fairfield University in Fairfield, CT. After graduating Brendon attended The National Alliance School for Producer Development a three week course to provide the skills necessary to provide customers with a comprehensive insurance review. Brendon is continuing with his insurance education by taking various courses offered by our state insurance association.

Karolin started at H & K Insurance in 1998 while still attending Watertown High School. Since then she has worked her way through being a Customer Service Representative to her current role as a producer. Karolin uses her training and her ability to speak Armenian and Turkish to provide excellent service to our non-English speaking clients.

Daralyn began working at H & K Insurance in 1987. She has been both a Personal and Commercial lines agent. After graduating from Regis College she attended the Oberlin Insurance School at Duke University. In her pursuit of excellence she attained the designation CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative). Daralyn is a licensed Broker in Massachusetts, Maine and Vermont.

Kathy started here at H & K Insurance in 1982 after graduating from college. She has worked in both Personal and Commercial Insurance. Kathy has obtained her professional designation of CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative). Kathy is dedicated to providing excellent service to all of our customers.

Sonia came to H & K Insurance in 2004. Sonia came with 14 years of experience in Personal Insurance. She speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese since she is a native of Brazil. Sonia earned a Bachelor's Degree in communication while attending the University of Rio de Janero. Sonia is very organized and detail oriented in her work. Her goal is to continue her insurance education allowing her to provide H & K's clients with excellent service.

Jean began working for H & K Insurance Agency in 2007 in our commercial insurance department. When she first started, Jean attended the Hartford School of Insurance in Connecticut and completed their Commercial Lines CSR Program. Prior to working at H & K Jean worked in personal insurance for 5 years. Jean continues to take classes to increase her knowledge of commercial insurance and to keep current with the constant changes facing our commercial insurance customers. Jean is also fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.

Kelsey started here at H & K Insurance in 2007. Prior to coming to H & K Kelsey had been working in the insurance industry for 12 years. With all of her experience Kelsey is well suited to provide the excellent service that our customers have come to expect. Kelsey continues to expand her knowledge of insurance by attending classes offered by our state insurance association.

Annarita has been working at H & K Insurance since 1992. Annarita graduated from Aquinas College in Newton, MA. Annarita is responsible for a majority of the processing work that goes on behind the scenes here at H & K. You may still run into Annarita though, she takes payments from many of our customers and will occasionally cover the front desk answering the phones and greeting clients.
